Step 5: Projecting the future

A year and a half into the journey (yes, it did take me a while, but I enjoyed every moment of it), I came across two projecting the future methods. I attended one session with a guided meditation that took me 10 years to the future. It was a fascinating experience, as it stimulated all senses and helped visualising where I want to be clearer. It also came in the right moment, as I've already looked into my past and learned more about my DNA. The other exercise was recommended by a friend of mine, who told me to imagine my 80th birthday in as many details as possible.
